    What is available at Food and Wine Festival for the "gluten free" diet?

    Hi there Aprile,

    I am pleased to report that there is something for everyone to enjoy at Epcot's annual Food and Wine Festival, and this year, Disney put out a special guide tailored especially for those with Gluten Free diets.

    The Food and Wine Festival Gluten-Free Guide features a color coded map of all food vendors with suggestions as to how to request modifications to ensure that the dishes are gluten-free friendly!

    For a more in-depth look at touring Food and Wine Festival on a gluten free diet, you should check out the unofficial site, DisneyFoodBlog.com.  You can search the site to find a complete guide to each booth from a gluten free perspective with lots of tips and suggestions!
