G'day Wendy! It's a pleasure to welcome you to planDisney. While Bluey certainly has been the talk of the town lately, there is still plenty to see and do at Conservation Station at
Animal Kingdom. Let's take a look at the current offerings.
Your experience at Conservation Station begins with a ride aboard the
Wildlife Express Train. You'll find the station between the entrance to Kilimanjaro Safaris and Harambe Market, just north of Zuri's Sweets Shop in the Africa section of Animal Kingdom. Once your 7 minute journey is complete, you can explore the activities and experiences at
Conservation Station. Aside from
Bluey's Wild World, you can see the Veterinary Treatment Room, Animal Nutrition Window, and the Amphibian, Reptile, and Invertebrate Windows. I am both fascinated and horrified by spiders, so having a nice pane of glass between me and these eight legged creatures is probably for the best.
You can also check out what scientists are discovering by visiting the Science Center, and don't forget to collect your Wilderness Explorers badge at this location. After all, the wilderness must be explored!
Finally, the Affection Section has been replaced with
Jumping Junction, where guests can learn all about kangaroos and wallabies. Although you cannot pet these marsupial pals that are native to Bluey's homeland of Australia, you will be able to ask questions and see them in action.
Conservation Station is still worth a visit, Wendy, even if you plan to skip the Bluey experience.
