Hi, Caiti!
So glad that you are back to ask another question of Disney Parks Moms Panel!
There are countless ways to celebrate a special occasion at Walt Disney World--especially birthdays!
First, check out this great link to
celebrations at Walt Disney World; you'll see lots of options to get your celebratory juices flowing. First on the list--and very wallet-friendly--are Celebration Recognition Buttons. When you check into your WDW resort hotel or at Guest Relations at any park or Disney Springs, simply ask a Cast Member for a complimentary birthday button for each of you. Cast Members and guests will wish you both a happy birthday throughout your trip!
Disney Floral & Gifts offers some lovely items that you could have delivered to your WDW resort room, too. Balloons, flowers, a cake and much more can surprise your aunt one day when you return to your room after a day of park-hopping fun.
If you are planning on dining at a WDW Table-Service restaurant, consider ordering a specialty cake to be delivered there (call 407-827-2253 at least 72 business hours in advance) or a 6" cake (no pre-order necessary). You can also ask the host/hostess to make your dessert order special for your birthdays or note that it's your birthdays when dining at the always-celebratory
Chef Mickey's.
Other options include giving yourselves Disney Gift Cards that you can spend on a little something you spot during your stay. It's a magical way to remember your time together!
Send more questions as you plan your birthday trip, Caiti; we love to help!
