Bobbi from FL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Hello, my Aunt and I are coming to Disney World in April. I am an annual pass holder and she purchased her tickets. Can I purchase the Genie+ for each day for both of us or does she need to purchase it separately? I believe she is already linked with me.

    Hey howdy hey, Bobbi.

Welcome to planDisney! Your trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth will be here before you know it. Have you started dreaming of all the fun you'll have? Where else can you fly with Dumbo, waltz with 999 Happy Haunts, go on an African safari, or travel to galaxies far, far away? I bet you can't wait!

As an auntie to two precious nieces, I can tell you that some of my most cherished memories I've made with them have been on our trips back "home" together. I'm so excited you and your aunt have the opportunity to make your own memories now too! Spring is such a great time to vacation at Walt Disney World Resort. The weather is nice, the sun is usually shining, and EPCOT never looks more beautiful than when it's in full bloom during the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. This EPCOT Festival is a can't miss springtime activity! There are delicious treats and eats to sample at the outdoor kitchens, stunning topiaries of your favorite Disney characters to search for, and even live entertainment at the Garden Rocks Concert Series. My favorite thing to do at this Festival is watch the butterflies pitter-patter through the air in Bambi's Butterfly House.

I'm glad to hEAR you're interested in utilizing Disney Genie+ service on your upcoming trip. I've had the chance to use it several times since its launch and really felt like it allowed me to maximize my time in the theme parks. I'm happy to report that, as long as you and your aunt are connected in your My Disney Experience accounts, you will be able to purchase Disney Genie+ service for both of you.

You can purchase Disney Genie+ service starting at 12:00 a.m. midnight on the day of use via the Tip Board in your My Disney Experience App. I recommend you do so by 6:00 a.m. at the latest to account for any technical hiccups that might occur. During your purchase, you'll have the opportunity to select individuals from your Family & Friends list that you wish to purchase it for, so make sure to check the box next to your aunt's name. It's really that simple! Remember, you must each have valid theme park admission and Disney Park Pass reservations in order to purchase Disney Genie+ service.

Once you've purchased Disney Genie+ service, be in your Tip Board ready to make your first Disney Genie+ Lightning Lane selection at 7:00 a.m. on the dot since some selections sell out quickly. You can continue making Disney Genie+ service Lightning Lane selections every two hours or after you've redeemed your initial selection, whichever comes first. You can keep track of when you are eligible to book your next selection by going into your Tip Board and trying to click on another attraction's arrival window. It will tell you the exact time you will be eligible to make your next selection.

Bobbi, I hope this information helps. If you have further questions, be sure to stop back by planDisney. You've got a friend in us!

    Happy trails,
    Alyssa
