    Hi, what is Aulani’s policy on us renting baby equipment from third party site and having it delivered to our room? In this scenario, we are planning to rent a snoo bassinet from babyquip and have it delivered for use during our week long stay.

    Welcome to planDisney! A vacation to Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa sounds positively dreamy - you must be so excited! My family's last visit to Aulani was incredible, and my kids keep asking when we can return. There is so much for kids to enjoy at the resort from spending time at Auntie's Beach House to splashing in the water at Menehune Bridge to hanging with beloved Disney Characters - you'll be sure to make countless core memories!

    Traveling with little ones takes extra planning, especially when it comes to baby gear. To lighten your load, several third-party companies offer baby gear rentals, making travel more convenient. I spoke with an Aulani Cast Member today, who confirmed that Guests can rent gear from a third-party provider and have it delivered directly to Aulani. When booking your rental, be sure to include the Lead Guest’s name on your reservation so the Front Desk can ensure a smooth handoff to Bell Services. Keep in mind that deliveries must arrive on your check-in day, as Bell Services cannot store items overnight.
