    I am going to Aulani in Sept 2019, how do I find my reservation and payment info on the Aulani Website? Thank You Darla

What better way to create a memorable vacation than to bring together the tropical paradise of Hawai‘i and the delightful magic of a Disney destination? I reached out to our friends at Aulani Resort, and they shared with me some tips and suggestions for retrieving your reservation and payment information for your upcoming vacation. The first tip they shared is that it's better to contact by phone rather than look to retrieve the information online from the website. If you booked your Aulani Resort vacation directly with Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, the best suggestion is to contact the Walt Disney Travel Company at (866) 443-4763. If you booked with Disney Vacation Club, you'll want to contact Disney Vacation Club Member Services at (800) 800-9800. If you booked with a third-party travel agent, you'll want to contact that travel agency directly.
