    Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your questions about your upcoming vacation to Aulani - A Disney Resort and Spa. This resort is so lush and beautiful - you must be getting so excited for your trip! I called and spoke with a wonderful cast member at Aulani - A Disney Resort and Spa today, and she was able to offer thoughts on many of your questions.

    The refillable drink mug is available for purchase at Ulu Cafe and Kalepa's Store. According to the website for Ulu Cafe, refills are available at Ule Cafe, Kalepa's Store, and One Paddle Two Paddle. Room Service hours at Aulani - A Disney Resort and Spa are 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. The coffee pots in a two-bedroom villa are a traditional coffee pot, not a Keurig-type pot.

    The pool areas at Aulani - A Disney Resort and Spa are amazing. They include interactive splash zones for the little ones, areas with beautiful tropical fish, and tube rides. The hours of the pools change seasonally, so the best idea is to ask when you check in to the resort what the pool hours will be during your stay.
