Aloha, Adriana! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thanks for stopping by with your planning question.
You must be so excited that your Hawaiian adventure is about to begin. I bet you can almost feel the ocean breezes and smell the pineapple. When I travel, I value the ability to do laundry; it's one of my favorite simple pleasures of being a guest of a
Disney Vacation Club Resort.
When vacationing in a one, two, or three bedroom villa,
Aulani provides an in-room stacked washer and dryer for personal use. Guests residing in Resort Rooms or Deluxe Studios can access two self-service laundry facilities located on the first floor of the resort. The self-service laundry facilities offer token operated machines as well as detergent for purchase. Currently, the cost per token is $1. Four tokens are required for each wash cycle, and an additional four are required to use a dryer. Detergent and fabric softener can be purchased for three tokens apiece. Please know that these prices and token requirements are subject to change at any time without notice.
If you'd prefer valet laundry services, you will find a laundry list in your hotel room which can be attached to items you wish to be laundered. Charges for this service will be billed to your room at the conclusion of your stay.
I hope this has been helpful for planning and packing purposes. I can be much more relaxed about what I put in my suitcase when I have the ability to take care of any emergency stains during my vacation!
Finally, I see that you will be journeying to us from Mexico. Did you know that we have some panelists who answer questions en Español? If you have any local friends or family members that would benefit from
vacation planning advice in Spanish, please have them come see us!
Wishing you a magical and relaxing vacation. Mahalo!
