Hello Aulani helpers! On the website, in the Activities for Teens area, I see a reference to the North Shore Beach Zone. What is that, exactly?

Welcome back, Doug and Mahalo (or thanks) for bringing another great question to planDisney!

Doug, my friend and fellow panelist Kate just returned from a visit to Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa and was happy to share about her experiences. While my little beach combers aren't yet teenagers, when they are, I know just what to do... encourage a visit to the North Shore Beach Zone! This organized, teens (only) activity focuses on water and sports. If you have active teenagers this might be the perfect way to spend an afternoon. Since you'll need to say Aloha to your teenager, you might be wondering what you'll do with your free time. You need not look any farther than Laniwai- A Disney Spa. Recently reopened, treatments from this spa menu are bound to have you more relaxed than Te Fiti after her heart had been restored.

Doug, please note that at this time, the North Shore Beach Zone is not listed on the daily 'Iwa (the schedule of activities), but I'll be hoping you see this option prior to your arrival.

Doug, I hope this information is helpful as you're planning ahead for your island getaway. Wishing you fair winds and following seas.
