Aloha Patricia, and welcome to planDisney!
Aulani is one of my favorite places, with the perfect mix of Hawaiian culture and Disney magic. So, I’d be more than happy to chat about golf and transportation at Aulani!
If you’re interested in playing at the
Ko Olina Golf Club, you don’t need to take a shuttle since it’s within walking distance of Aulani (right across the street!). This 18-hole golf course is one of the top-rated resort courses in the U.S.!
After enjoying a round of golf, I highly recommend getting a massage at the
Laniwai Spa, back at Aulani. Not only do you get a relaxing treatment, but you’ll also have access to the
Kula Wai hydrotherapy garden with shaded lounge chairs, whirlpools, tea, and light snacks. I could spend all day in this oasis!
In case you were more interested in getting around Ko Olina, check out the
Parking & Transportation page for information on car rentals, the airport shuttle, taxi service, and public transportation. Aulani doesn’t have a golf car shuttle or rental.
Before I go, I wanted to share one more tip. Be sure to download the
Aulani Resort mobile app so you’ll have the activity schedule at your fingertips. When you open the app, press the Aulani icon towards the bottom of the screen to see the schedule (I find it easiest to press View List so you can scroll through everything). There are so many fun things going on throughout the day, from
character meets to
culture tours. I loved learning about how Disney Imagineers incorporated Hawaiian culture throughout the resort.
I’m wishing you the most magical stay at Aulani! And if you have any other questions, you’re always welcome here at planDisney.
