How fun, Barbara. It sounds like you've got a great trip in the works!
First off, definitely start browsing the
Walt Disney World Resort website. There are so many things to do and see; way too much to post here. While browsing, you can design your touring based on the interests of your group. Are you thrill seekers, or do you prefer to tour leisurely? I can make my recommendations based on which parks interest you the most, so feel free to come back if I can help more with your planning.
For your week-long trip, it sounds like you plan to spend 2-3 days in the parks, correct? In my opinion, without a doubt, you should dedicate an entire day to Epcot Theme Park. Epcot is broken into two sections, Future World and World Showcase. Wear comfy shoes, because this park is the largest on property. In Future World, you will explore exciting attractions and learn about past and future technology. World Showcase is comprised of 11 "countries", or pavilions. I think your group will especially enjoy visiting each authentic country along the way.
You also might want to consider booking a unique
Walt Disney World Tour. There are so many cool experiences to choose from. Take a look!
There are many outstanding dining experiences at the Walt Disney World Resort, so make sure you check that out as well. There's even a traditional English High Tea service at
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
Happy planning, Barbara. I wish you a
magical vacation!
