This August we will be traveling to WDW for the forth time in 6 years. We have 7 people in our group and we want to stay inside WDW. What resort would you chose?

Hi, Piper! There are several Disney resorts to choose from for larger traveling parties including the villas (which sleep up to 8) at:

    • Saratoga Springs
    • Bay Lake Towers
    • Beach Club
    • Boardwalk
    • Old Key West
    • Animal Kingdom Lodge -- Jambo House or Kidani Village
    • Wilderness Lodge

With a villa, you not only get more space but also a fully-equipped kitchen with in-room laundry facilities -- which is a great money saver. Another great option is to reserve a Treehouse Villa at Saratoga Springs -- three-bedroom vacation homes near Downtown Disney which sleep up to 9.

For a more economical option, you can always request connecting rooms at either a value (All Stars Music, Sports or Movies or Pop Century) or a moderate resort (Port Orleans French Quarter or Riverside, Caribbean Beach or Coronado Springs).

This close to your travel date, you really are going to be limited by what is available in your price range. Therefore, head over to Book Your Vacation on the Disney site to determine availability, and then narrow down your choices by what you expect to pay and location. Depending on the expectations of your group, you may want to choose your resort based on the park(s) nearest to that location.

If you have more questions, I'd be happy to help. Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation!
