    When is the August 2016 itinerary release date?

    I, like you, can't wait to see what's on the horizon for upcoming Disney Cruise Line itineraries! Unfortunately, there's no specific time frame when DCL will make an announcement about future cruises. With early 2016 cruise planning underway, I'm sure the folks behind the scenes are working tirelessly to prepare for exciting news!

    The best way to stay up-to-date with the latest DCL news is to follow their social media channels. My favorite place for Disney Cruise announcements is the Disney Cruise Line page on the Disney Parks Blog. You can also follow DCL on Facebook and Twitter!

    Last year, my family was aboard the Disney Dream in mid-May when the fall 2015 itineraries were announced. What fun to be among fellow Disney cruisers when the announcement was made! The Future Cruise Desk (where you can re-book for future cruises) was a busy place during our sailing, that's for sure!

    Hopefully we won't have to wait long to find out what Disney Cruise Line has in store for the fall of 2016. Like Tom Petty once said - the waiting is the hardest part!
