In August we're coming to Disney World to celebrate our 40th anniversary with our family.Three grandchildren a girl 4 and 5yr old twin boys. I'm sure so much has changed since our last visit 8 yrs ago. Any help you can give will be helpful.

    Hi Joyce,

Congratulations on your upcoming 40th Anniversary celebration! I can't think of a more magical place to commemorate this milestone with your family than at Walt Disney World resort.

Given that you're approximately 7 months out from your vacation, the first priority will be to make your Advanced Dining Reservations. These can be made at exactly 180-days prior to your arrival. Based on the ages of your grandchildren, I highly recommend that you choose some character dining meals. These enable you to see beloved favorites while enjoying a delicious meal. A few suggestions are: Cinderella's Royal Table, Be Our Guest Restaurant (dinner), The Crystal Palace, Chef Mickey's, Donald's Safari Breakfast at the Tusker House Restaurant, or the Princess Storybook Dining.

After you have made your dining plans, your next important date will be 60-days prior to arrival to make your FastPass+ selections. You will need to make sure that you have created a My Disney Experience account.

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms panel.

    Wishing you magical memories,
