I am going on Aug 30-Sept 4 with hubby and 4 children I did not purchase the insurance though should I and why if so. I love this site great info thanks.

    Hi Patricia,

I'm so glad we have been able to help you out! - yea!  The option of purchasing insurance always seems like a chance to test out Murphy's Law doesn't it?  In years past, we never purchased it.  Yet, last year right before spring break, our oldest son's appendix decided to rupture.  After we got through the "event" with everything all well and healed, my husband and I talked in depth about how lucky we were that we hadn't booked a WDW trip for that break because we knew we would have lost our money.  So for our next trip?  we purchased insurance!
