Hi Misty and welcome to planDisney.
How exciting, there's less than a month to go before you'll be arriving at my favourite holiday destination -
Walt Disney World. If your family is anything like mine, you'll already be excitedly counting down the days!
The absolute best place to check for any scheduled closures is the
Hours and Events Calendar which can be found on the Walt Disney World website.
You can select the dates that you would like to view by clicking on "Change Date" at the top right hand side of the page and any planned closures will be listed beneath each of the Theme Parks. You can view these by clicking on "Closed For Refurbishment."
Whilst things like this are always subject to change, I can tell you that as of right now, the only attractions listed as being closed for refurbishment during the dates of your visit are Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin, both of which can be found at the
Magic Kingdom Park.
I hope that this has answered your question, Misty. Please do feel free to re-visit us, here at planDisney, if we can be of any other help with the planning of your upcoming trip.
Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
Emma
