    what attractions and restaurants do we absolutley must have reservations for to attend

    Hi Mary,

    You don't have to worry about reservations for attractions.  Every attraction at WDW is seated first come first serve.  

    DIning reservations at table service restaurants, on the other hand, can fill up 6 months in advance.  It is best to make your dining reservations as soon as possible.  You absolutely need reservations to ensure you get into any particular restaurant at WDW.

    If you find yourself without dinner reservations and want a table service meal you do have some choices.  You can call (407)WDW-DINE from your cell phone while you are at the parks.  A representative will tell you all the available dining options.  You can also walk up to a restaurant and ask to wait for a table, but be prepared to wait awhile.  The waits can be quite long without a reservation and not all restaurants will be able to take walk up requests.

    When my family has needed to get into a table service restaurant and we didn't have reservations, we found we were able to get into these restaurants:

    In the Magic Kingdom area - The Grand Floridian Cafe, The Wave at the Contemporary
    At Hollywood Studios - the Hollywood and Vine dinner buffet or the Sci-Fi Dine In (at a non-car table).
    At Epcot - Nine Dragons or the Biergarten
