Are all attractions open during MVMCP?

Hello Ruth! I absolutely love Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. It is my favorite thing to do at Walt Disney World during the holiday season. One of my 'must-dos' is to ride Jingle Cruise, which is the holiday makeover of the Jungle Cruise. This classic attraction gets made over for the season with festive decorations and even a few new merry jokes. I also love walking down a snowy Main Street U.S.A with the backdrop of the glittering Dream Lights on Cinderella Castle. It makes for a perfect Christmas Card photo opportunity.

Typically most of the attractions remain open for the special event. Last year I attended Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, and was able to ride everything from Splash Mountain to Space Mountain and even visited Ariel in her Grotto and Anna and Elsa in Princess Fairytale Hall. I was also able to walk on to many classic attractions like Haunted Mansion, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Peter Pan's Flight. The Christmas party is a fantastic time to ride the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, because wait times are significantly lower than usual. Last year I think the wait was around 30 mins, and the Anna and Elsa wait was around 20 mins. I'm so excited to be back for this year's Christmas party and to wave at Santa Claus in Mickey's Once Upon A Christmastime Parade. Be sure to stop by and pick up a complimentary cup of hot cocoa and a cookie before the parade.

If you need anything else at all please don't hesitate to ask. Have a magical holiday vacation at Walt Disney World, and enjoy Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party!
