I'm glad you are planning to take advantage of the Extra Magic Hours benefit. Please remember that schedules are always subject to change, but in general, these are the attractions available:
Magic Kingdom
-- Morning: Astro Orbiter, Barnstormer, Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, Dumbo, Enchanted Tales with Belle, Mad Tea Party, Peter Pan's Flight, Regal Carrousel, Under the Sea -- Journey of the Little Mermaid, Space Mountain, it's a small world, Mickey's PhilharMagic, Tomorrowland Transit Authority, Winnie the Pooh, Stitch's Great Escape, Carousel of Progress and Tomorrowland Speedway. Evening: Almost all the attractions, including Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Splash Mountain and Pirates of the Caribbean.
Epcot -- Morning: Living with the Land, Mission: Space, Soarin', Spaceship Earth and Test Track. Evening hours: The same as the morning, plus The American Adventure, Captain EO,
Gran Fiesta Tour, Journey Into Imagination With Figment, The Seas with Nemo & Friends, Turtle Talk with Crush and Maelstrom.
Hollywood Studios -- Morning: Muppet*Vision 3-D,Rock 'n' Roller Coaster,Star Tours, Toy Story Midway Mania! and Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. Evening hours: The Great Movie Ride and Voyage of the Little Mermaid are added to the morning list.
Animal Kingdom -- Morning: Dinosaur, Expedition Everest,It's Tough to be a Bug!, Primeval Whirl, TriceraTop Spin, Kilimanjaro Safaris and Pangani Forest Exploration Trail.
I haven't been able to find a comprehensive list on the Disney site, so I compiled this based on materials from previous Disney trips and information on the independent sites touringplans.com and allears.net.
