You're so smart to be thinking ahead about your favorite
attractions! I always want to know if there are any long refurbishments going on that I would need to plan for. The
hours & events calendar will be your best resource as September gets closer. The calendar extends through early April as of now, and you will see a "Closed for Refurbishment" section under both
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park.
I wouldn't let a refurbishment keep you from visiting the "Happiest Place on Earth!" Even though it can be disappointing when a favorite attraction is closed during a visit, there is still so much to do and explore throughout the entire Disneyland Resort. Once the calendar is updated for your trip dates, you can explore the full list of attractions, and also explore entertainment options such as nighttime spectaculars like
Fantasmic! and
World of Color - ONE. The
Disney Parks Blog is a great place to keep up on all of the exciting events and news coming out of the Disneyland Resort. I love to read about all of the happenings and new things to try leading up to my trip!
