How are attraction photos added to my photo pass card when I go to Disneyland? ( Or do I have to write down the number and type into my account at another time to access?)

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Melanie.

You'll notice there are many similarities at both Walt Disney World Resort and the Disneyland Resort, such as world-class service, innovative attractions and entertainment,  and of course, pixie-dusted experiences for the entire family. There are also vast differences, too. I really love having a MagicBand and not needing to carry much else while at Walt Disney World. It is so easy to save attraction photos by tapping the MagicBand when leaving the ride.

MagicBand isn't available at Disneyland Resort. You're correct, Melanie, in that in order for you to access attraction photos, you'll need to jot down the unique 8-character ID or quickly snap a photo when you see your photo on the screens at the viewing area. Then you can enter the code on the Disneyland mobile app, or when you return home from your Disney vacation.

I hope this information is helpful for you. I wish you and your family a magical trip to the Happiest Place on Earth in September, Melanie. Please visit us on the Panel again if you have further questions.

    Sending you Pixie Dusts,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes or Disney Cruise Line voyages with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
