Attending WDW 11/17-11/24/12 and will be in parks 18th-23rd, which park do you recommend for each day and what are the potential crowd levels during this time? Also, which quick service/table service restaurants do you recommend? Getting excited - thanks.”
Hello, Genia!
I always
head over to touringplans.com, a great (unofficial) website which uses
data such as past crowd levels, holidays, local school schedules, etc.,
in order to predict the crowds at each park on any given day. According
to touringplans.com, here are the current estimates of crowd levels for
the days you'll be in the parks (the parks in bold are the "Best Park"
choices on touringplan.com.):
11/18: MK=8.3, EP=2.2, HS=7.4, AK=9.0 (HS is "neutral")
11/19: MK=9.1, EP=3.9, HS=8.2, AK=8.8 (HS is "neutral"; AK is "Best Park")
11/20: MK=9.1, EP=9.2, HS=9.7, AK=9.7 (AK is "neutral")
11/21: MK=9.4, EP=9.5, HS=9.7, AK=9.5 (AK is "neutral")
11/22: MK=9.5, EP=9.3, HS=9.8, AK=9.6 (AK is "neutral")
11/23: MK=9.4, EP=9.8, HS=9.8, AK=9.5 (HS is "neutral"; AK is "neutral")
Stick with the "Best Park" on each day, with the exception of
finding at least one day for both Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom.
For dining, let me know if you are on a Dining Plan and, if so, which one. Your best choices may partly depend on if you'll be paying out of pocket for your meals or if they are included in a dining plan.
In general, though, park favorites include the following: MK: Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe (QS) The Crystal Palace (TS) and Tony's Town Square (TS); EP: Sunshine Seasons (QS), Le Cellier (TS), Tutto Italia (TS), Coral Reef (TS), Les Chefs de France (TS), Teppan Edo (TS); HS: Sunshine Ranch Market (QS), Mama Melrose's (TS), The Hollywood Brown Derby (TS); AK: Flame Tree Barbeque (QS), Tusker House (TS). There are fantastic options in the resorts and at Downtown Disney, too, so let me know if you'll be venturing out a little further.
...and now I'm getting hungry! Hope you are, too! :-)
