I am attending WDW and I am not able to add 3 FastPasses. Is it 3 FastPasses per day? I have one ticket from an old trip and no expiration. On that day I reserved 2 FastPasses, and I want one more on another day that I bought a single ticket.

Hi Lisa! Let me try to help you sort through the confusion you are having about the Disney FastPass+ System.  First, please check and make sure each of the tickets you have are indeed valid tickets and linked to your My Disney Experience account. If you are having difficulty with this and you feel they are valid then please call the help number, 407-939-4357. They will be glad to double check the validity of old tickets and help them get linked.

Each guest is allowed to choose three FastPasses per day in one park to begin with. Two parks have a tiered FastPass system, Epcot and Hollywood Studios. In those parks you can choose one FastPass from Tier one and two FastPasses from Tier two. Obviously you do not have to do three but that is what they offer per day. Once you have used three on any given day you are then allowed to choose more for that day. It does get a little confusing but start by thinking three per day.

If you wish to reserve for another day you can as long as you (and other guests) have the valid ticket linked. You can choose again up to three FastPasses per guest for the park you will be visiting. You can do the same attractions or try new ones or any combination as long as the three you are choosing are in the same park and abiding by the tier system.

If you continue to have problems please call the above number as there might be an issue with your My Disney Experience account and they can assist you easily. Hope this helps!
