Hey there Karen and welcome to planDisney!
Great minds think alike. We've both planned September visits to the Most Magical Place on Earth. If you're anything like me, you're already bubbling over with excitement. And
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is the perfect sprinkle of pumpkin spice on a fall vacation. But how do you get to join the spooky soiree of the season? It's as easy as walking right down the middle of Main Street, U.S.A.
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is a specially ticketed event. So even though I do love the
Park Hopper Option and have opted to use it for my upcoming trip, it won't get you into the party. You'll need to purchase an additional ticket. But this event has so much to see and do that it's definitely worth the additional cost.
The Cadaver Dans Barbershop Quartet is putting on a show to wake the dead. And speaking of dead, The Sanderson Sisters are back from the grave to bring us the
Hocus Pocus Villian Spelltacular. Plus a few of our ghostly friends will be making their way down from the Haunted Mansion to join
Mickey's Boo-To-You Halloween Parade. With all of the party-exclusive snacks, treat trails, and your favorite Disney pals all dressed up in their best costumes, it's sure to be a night to remember. I'm so glad I've already got my tickets. You'd better go and get yours!
Pro-tip: If you're feeling up for a little adventure, there's actually a party scheduled for the night you're set to arrive. But if you're like me and need a little relaxation on your travel day don't worry. There's another party on September 13th you can choose instead. And between you and me I prefer my party date to be on a weekday. In my personal experience, they tend to be less crowded.
Karen, I do hope you'll choose to come to THE Halloween event of the season. If you happen to see me, don't be afraid to say hello. And if you have any other questions before then, feel free to
come back and ask me. I'm happy to help!
Happy planning!
