I'm so happy that I get to chat with you today about my favorite
Walt Disney World Resort attraction,
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind! I was so excited when this attraction debuted early last summer that "I Ran" straight to
EPCOT to check it out. I was glad that I didn't have to wait until "September" for my first chance to help the Guardians save the galaxy. This attraction perfectly captures the adventure and humor of the Guardians of the Galaxy films, and experiencing it is pure joy! Just like how "Everybody Wants to Rule the World," everybody wants a chance to ride this epic new attraction. But don't worry, "One Way or Another," I'll make sure you know how to access Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind during your upcoming trip.
Currently, a
virtual queue is used for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind both during regular park hours and during the
Extended Evening Theme Park Hours that are offered for Guests staying at
Disney Deluxe Resorts,
Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts, and select other hotels. However, at this time, there has been no mention of a virtual queue for the
Disney After Hours at EPCOT events that are taking place this summer.
Please be advised that the attractions offered during these
special ticketed events and the procedures used for accessing the attractions are subject to change at any time. You can "Conga" on over to the
Disney Parks Blog for all of the latest news and announcements. Here's another "Disco Inferno" hot tip for you. If you check your
My Disney Experience mobile app on the day of your theme park visit, you'll find the latest virtual queue information. Just scroll through your home screen until you see the virtual queue section, and click on "Join Virtual Queue" to see a list of the virtual queues that will be offered on that particular day.
In my opinion, one of the best parts of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is its incredible soundtrack. If you're wondering what songs are part of this awesome playlist, I just might have given you some clues here in my answer. Ashley, I hope you have a blast saving the galaxy! I am Groot!
