I will be attending a party at port Orleans resort. Is there a place to nurse my baby? Also does Disney springs have a nursing room?

    Hi Dalia!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! How exciting that you're bringing your own Mouseketeer to meet Mickey and his pals! While there are dedicated Baby Care Centers in Disney's Theme Parks to change a diaper, prepare a bottle, or nurse in a more secluded environment, moms are welcome to feed their babies anywhere, any time.

At Disney Springs, head to Guest Relations which is located in Town Square between D-Luxe Burger and Frontera Cocina. The building features a gorgeous wrap-around porch with rocking chairs, and you'd have lovely view of the beautiful waterway from the backside.  However, if you'd like a more private environment, head inside and ask a Cast Member for assistance in locating a nursing room. (I've heard that if their facilities are full they'll open an empty office.)

There are two Port Orleans Resort Hotels, Riverside and French Quarter. Ask the Concierge or at the Front Desk where they would recommend. But know that you're more than welcome to nurse in the lobby, on a lounge chair at a pool, in an outdoor rocking chair, even in either the Sassagoula Food & Floatworks Factory or the Riverside Mill Food Court. My favorite forgotten Disney spaces are the old lobby Pay Phone side rooms, usually located near the lobby restrooms. While the pay phones are long gone, these spaces are pretty hidden. They're seldom used, so you might have to ask for a chair to be brought in.

I hope this helped, Dalia, and We'll See You Real Soon!
