We're attending the Not So Scary Halloween party Oct 19. We also have MK tickets during the day. Are we allowed to bring our costumes in a bag to MK that morning and change at the park later for the party, or do we have go back to our resort to change?

    Welcome Foolish Mortal ~

Your trip is literally around the corner and I know you are too excited to sleep! Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is my absolute favorite special event at the Magic Kingdom and I'm counting down the days until I go again this yEAR!

You are welcome to bring your costumes in with you earlier in the day and change later for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. I actually bring a change of clothes into the theme parks for my boys no matter what time of year we are visiting. Keep in mind that all bags will be searched as you enter any of the theme parks at the Walt Disney World Resort.

If you don't want to keep up with your costumes all day, small locker rentals are available at the Magic Kingdom on a first-come basis.

Make sure you read up on the costume guidelines for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party as some may have changed for this year. The Disney Parks Blog recently featured a video that is very helpful with costume guidelines for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.

Please feel free to visit us again with all of your planning questions. We will be hEAR for you until you embark on your pixie dusted trail!

Wishing you minnie spooktacular memories :-) Allison V.
