We are attending the MVMCP on 12/9/2014. We have 6:15 reservations at Tony's but wondering if we should try to eat at the Wave at 5:30 instead? We have never attended the party before. Thanks

Welcome Back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Stacy ~

Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party (MVMCP) is the perfect way to get into the holiday spirit! I love that it snows on Main Street, U.S.A. even though the temperature outside isn't freezing. That is my kind of snow.

I would keep your reservation at Tony's Town Square Restaurant. Guests attending MVMCP can typically enter the Magic Kingdom starting at 4:00 p.m. even though the special activities for MVMCP do not begin until 7:00 p.m. That would give you a chance to enter the park and do a couple of attractions or shop until your 6:15 p.m. dinner reservations.

The Wave . . . of American Flavors is an excellent restaurant but keeping your 6:15 p.m. dinner reservations at Tony's Town Square Restaurant saves you time traveling to the Magic Kingdom after dinner so you are there and ready for MVMCP action. Your dinner should not take you more than an hour and once you are finished, MVMCP will be in full swing.

Please feel free to visit us again with all of your planning questions. We will be hEAR for you up until you embark on your pixie dusted trail!

Wishing you minnie magical holiday memories :-) Allison V.
