We're attending MVMCP on 11/21. We'll be at Hollywood Studios during the day. Is there a direct bus to MK from HS or will be need to transfer at a resort? Also, just wanted to verify we don't need a park hopper to attend the MVMCP. Thanks!

    Hi there, Megan!

What a fun day you have planned!  Although there is currently no direct bus transportation from Disney's Hollywood Studios to Magic Kingdom Park, you have a few different options.  First, you could hop on a Disney Bus heading to the Transportation and Ticket Center.  Once there, you can take the monorail or ferry boat over to Magic Kingdom.  You might also consider taking a bus to Disney's Contemporary Resort. From there, you can walk on foot to Magic Kingdom.  Yep!  There is a walking path if you are up for that. Not including any potential wait times for transportation, either trip should take around 40 minutes or so.

Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is a ticketed event at Magic Kingdom Park, Megan.  As long as you have tickets to the party, you are good to go.  The ticket includes park entrance as well as access to the entire event.  Even though the party begins at 7pm, you can enter Magic Kingdom Park as early as 4pm with your tickets.  Have fun!

I wish you a truly magical vacation.
