We are attending MVMCP in December. The full day we are spending at MK, there were no available FP+ for meeting Anna and Elsa. I was able to get a FP for 4:30 on the day of MVMCP. Will I be able to use this FP?

Hello Autumn and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
Wow! Congratulations on scoring such a coveted FastPass+ selection. The royalty from Arendelle are so very popular. The official start time of Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is 7:00 pm. However, in my experience, they start allowing people with tickets to the party to enter at around 4:00 pm. If you have a Park Hopper, you can enter at anytime and simply have your MagicBand scanned to obtain your party wristband anytime after 4:00. If you don't have a Park Hopper ticket but you do have a ticket to the party you should have no problem entering at 4:00 and then heading over to meet Queen Ana and Princess Elsa.

Whatever you do, don't let Elsa hold your balloon...she tends to "Let It Go!"

    See ya real soon!
