We will be attending MNSSHP in September and my 9 y/o daughter says she "isn't into princess's anymore." Do you experienced momma's have any unusual and/or obscure Halloween costumes to suggest? Villains, goblins and ghouls welcome!

    Hi Elissa,

I can completely understand your dilemma. She's growing up and now considers herself too mature for princess costumes. Ask her to take a look at The Pirates League. In particular, look at the following Pirates League Package options:

    1. Empress Package: includes vibrant makeup, lip gloss, nail polish and face gem, unique pirate coin necklace, temporary tattoo, The Pirates League bag, official Empress Name, and personalized pirate oath.
    2. Mermaid Package: includes luminous mermaid makeup and makeup palette, mermaid hairstyle and color-changing hair clip, distinctive mermaid necklace, nail polish, and mermaid sash.
    3. Mermaid Deluxe Package: includes everything in the Mermaid Package PLUS a special mermaid costume T-shirt and tutu!

Consider doing the Halloween Minnie Mouse Package, which will likely be offered again this year—during select dates—to coincide with Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. I can assure you dressing in Minnie's "witch" inspired costume won't be too young for her. I have dressed like Minnie Mouse for Halloween at Magic Kingdom Park! Do check the Disney Parks Blog for any future announcements regarding this, or any other Halloween specific makeover transformations. Or she can simply pack a ghoulish costume of her own!

Wishing you a spook-tacularly unforgettable visit!
