If you are attending MNSSHP and plan to try to get into the park early like around 4 or 5 will we be out of place already dressed in costume (mom, dad & kids). Or should we try to get in costume at the park closer to the party start time?

Hi Crystal!
If you and the family are comfortable hitting the parks in costume, then I say go ahead and do it. Trust me, you will not be the only ones dressed up early. MNSSHP is a blast and you will all have an amazing time.
