Hello. We will be attending MNSSHP on October 31. I am trying to get an idea for Halloween costumes, that the kids won't roast in. What should I expect temperature wise in Orlando for the end of October early November? Thanks in advance!

    Hi Jaime,

My family and I attended Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party in early November last year.  We had so much fun!  We all dressed up as fairies.  My husband's costume was had shorts on the bottom and short sleeves on top.  My costume had shorts and a tank top, and my daughter wore a Tinker Bell costume dress which had tank top straps.  We found that our fairy wings really do not add that much heat to a costume!  We were all quite comfortable for the evening in these costumes.

At the end of October and early November, you can expect daytime high temperatures around the low 80s Fahrenheit, and nighttime lows in the mid 60s Fahrenheit.  Of course we can never predict when temperatures may be significantly higher or lower, but those are the averages.  As long as you stay away from very heavy costumes, you should be comfortable.  Remember that a lot of the party takes place after the sun goes down so temperatures should cool off a bit.

I hope that this information helps, Jaime!  Have a great time planning your costumes, and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
