    We will be attending Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween party in late September and I am trying to plan add for the kids (4 and 5) costumes. Do most children wear Disney based costumes ? Should I purchase their costumes in advance or at the park?

    Hi there, Jennifer!

    Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question about Mickey's Not  So Scary Halloween Party.  In my personal experience, I would guess that about half (or less) of the young children dress up in Disney Halloween costumes.  It is really your personal preference.  If you do decide to have your children wear costumes, I recommend that you purchase them in advance.  Especially with young children, I do not think you would want to deal with disappointment if their favorite one was unavailable.  If you are prepared, the little disappointments will be small glitches on the radar.  Better safe than sorry, right?!
