Hi Norma, Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question. I have some good news for you. From what I understand of the costume guidelines for Special Events such as Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, although Guests over the age of 14 may not wear masks, face painting is definitely permitted provided that the costume remains tasteful and appropriate. I absolutely loved Coco and I’m sure your La Catrina costume is going to be fabulous! I have some good news for you. From what I understand of the costume guidelines for Special Events such as Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, although Guests over the age of 14 may not wear masks, face painting is definitely permitted provided that the costume remains tasteful and appropriate.
