One of the biggest draws of attending
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is the opportunity to see rare Disney Characters. The event brochure designates the Special Disney Character Appearances with only a Mickey silhouette. Below is the list of anticipated Special Disney Characters Appearances. Keep in mind that these are always subject to change:
