We will be attending the Magic Kingdom Christmas party. Can anyone recommend snacks/drinks without the following: gluten, oats (even GF), corn, soy, and peanuts? (Corn derived ingredients like xanthan will be okay.)

Hiya, Bethany! Welcome to planDisney, and thank you so much for sharing your question with us. How exciting that you'll be attending Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party! It's so much fun, and I completely understand wanting to make sure you'll have safe options, especially with multiple allergies and intolerances to consider. You're absolutely doing the right thing by checking ahead.

Because your list of restrictions is quite specific, the safest way to navigate party snacks is to speak directly with Cast Members at each treat location. Disney does a wonderful job of providing allergy-friendly alternatives, but offerings can vary not only by location, but also by night, supplier, and preparation method. Rather than relying on a general list, it's best to request the allergy-friendly treats information available at each stop during the party. Cast Members can show you the ingredient details and confirm whether a treat fits within your needs.

If you're ever unsure or want extra reassurance, you are more than welcome to ask to speak with a chef. They are incredibly kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely want you to have a joyful and stress-free evening. They can walk you through what is safest for you at that exact moment and help you avoid anything that may contain cross-contact risks.

While I wish I could give you a list of guaranteed safe snacks, the truth is that with multiple severe restrictions, the safest approach is always to assess items in real time rather than assume consistency across the board. Ingredient lists change, party menus shift, and Walt Disney World takes no chances when it comes to guest safety... and neither should you!

Please know, though, that you will never be an inconvenience for asking. Disney Cast Members are trained to support Guests with food allergies, and they'll always do their very best to make you feel comfortable, cared for, and included in the magic.

Bethany, I hope your night at Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is filled with warmth, wonder, and all the pixie dust your heart can hold. You'll be in excellent hands, and the magic of the season will be waiting for you around every corner. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach back out to us. We're always available and more than happy to help!

    Warm hugs,

    Ana Paula
