I will be attending a family reunion at Disney in May and will be 6 months pregnant with my first . Normally I am all about the rides, but don't want to push it this time. Any suggestions of fun things to do that I might have missed on past visits?

Hello Kate!  I think most of us Moms have been to Disney while pregnant, including me.  It's a little more difficult to get around but as long as you take it slow, you should have a wonderful experience!  I agree that you'll want to stay away from the thrill rides but there are still many attractions you can enjoy!  Each attraction will have a warning if expectant mothers should not ride.  You can also obtain that information by reviewing the individual attractions on this page.

One thing you can certainly enjoy is the entertainment!  As you probably know from your previous vacations there is entertainment everywhere at Disney and sometimes when you are on the go, it's hard to stop for a moment to enjoy it.  So grab an ice cream cone, find your favorite bench on Main Street U.S.A., and enjoy The Dapper Dans!  I could also spend the day in Epcot going from country to country enjoying all the various concerts.  You can find more details on the entertainment on these links:  Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom.

The pool is your friend!  Take some time to relax and if you happen to be staying at the Yacht or Beach Club, you can float around on the lazy river.  You can also enjoy the lazy rivers at Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon.

You should also have plenty of time to do some shopping for your little one...perhaps you can pick out his or hers first souvenir!

    Have a wonderful vacation, Kate!
