We will be attending DW in March for my daughter's 3rd bday. I would like to have a meal with a character dining restuarant and would like to know what's best reccommended? I'm looking at the CPalace-but if we don't have MK tickets, can we still eat there?

Hi Hope - Happy Birthday to your daughter!  Walt Disney World is a wonderful place to celebrate a birthday!!

Unfortunately, you do need valid park admission to visit the restaurants at the parks.  But, there are still some great places to celebrate outside of the parks.  I'd recommend that you consider celebrating your daughter's birthday at Chef Mickey at the Contemporary, where Mickey and friends host a huge buffet (either breakfast or dinner).  Or, if your daughter likes Lilo and Stitch, the breakfast at 'Ohana at the Polynesian is also wonderful!

    Have a great vacation!
