Hello, Tom from New York!
It's me, Nimmy from New York and I welcome you to planDisney! I'm so excited that you are so close to being right in the magic and fun of Walt Disney World Resort!
You will love attending the Disney After Hours event. Make sure to take an afternoon nap so that you can last the whole event and enjoy every snack! I reached out to the
Disney Transportation team and found that all Disney Transportation runs up to one hour after the Park is closed or until the last person has left the Park. This is also the rule for
Disney Springs. According to the posted
Park Hours, Disney Springs closes at 11 PM which means that a bus will only be able to get you there until midnight. It seems that the
Disney After Hours events for March which are for
Magic Kingdom Park and
Disney's Hollywood Studios end
after midnight. This is a quandary as that means you may not have your normal route to your hotel available.
I suggest you consider taking a rideshare from either Park to get you home. If you are attending After Hours at Magic Kingdom Park I suggest walking to
Disney's Contemporary Resort and hailing a rideshare from there. It is not a long walk and you will avoid having to wait in lines to board the Monorail or Ferryboat to get to the Transportation and Ticket Center for a rideshare pickup. If you are leaving from Disney's Hollywood Studios, the rideshare pickup is close to the Park entrance. I'm sorry that I don't have better news for you as this will be an added expense but I hope you will appreciate this quicker option for that evening after all that fun.
If you have any other questions
let me know and I will be glad to help!
