Hi there, Nicky!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney! Starting your day with the Best Friends Breakfast at
‘Ohana sounds like a dream. My family loved hanging out with Lilo and Stitch to celebrate my husband and son’s birthday. I can’t stop thinking about that delectable breakfast bread and, of course, the Mickey-shaped waffles! Now, let’s talk about the parking at a Walt Disney World Resort Collection hotel with an advance dining reservation.
Years ago, I remember having a similar game plan. Park my car at
Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, have lunch at
Kona Cafe, hop on the Disney Resort Monorail to Magic Kingdom Park, and return just in time for watching fireworks on the beach. However, I think this not-so-secret secret got around and the policy is now enforced more.
What does this mean? You may park your car at the Resort hotel at no charge and with ample time for you to enjoy your meal. When you drive in, have an identification card and proof of dining reservation ready to go to show the hotel’s security card. According to a super helpful Cast Member, there is no exact visitor’s parking time limit. The length of stay is completely at the discretion of the onsite Cast Member, like the security guard.
AN EXTRA GEM: Depending on what is decided by the Cast Member that day, you’ll want a plan for parking at Magic Kingdom Park (Transportation and Ticket Center) just in case. You can find the
current parking fees here. Also, I love the
Car Locator tool in the My Disney Experience app. Once you’ve found a parking space, enter the row number and area that you're in in the app. After a long day at the theme park, simply check the app to find your car.
Nicky, if you have any other questions about your upcoming holiday at Walt Disney World Resort, please revisit us here at planDisney.
I’m all ears!
Magic always,
LeAndra
