Boo to you, Diana, and welcome to
planDisney!
Your costume sounds amazing, and I can’t wait for the big unveiling at
Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party in just over a week! I recently attended Oogie Boogie Bash with my daughter, and we loved seeing all the creative costumes Guests came up with!
I checked the
Costume Guidelines for Oogie Boogie Bash, and it states that costume masks of any kind may not be worn by Guests ages 14 and older, but it doesn’t mention full face makeup. So, according to these guidelines, I think your face makeup should be alright, so long as your eyes are visible.
Don’t forget that you can enter Disney California Adventure Park as early as 3:00 PM, though the event doesn’t officially kick off until 6:00 PM. You won’t want to miss seeing Ernesto de la Cruz, especially dressed as Mama Imelda Rivera! You may want to attempt to visit him during one of the parade viewings for a shorter wait. Also, if you can, I recommend waiting until the very end of the party to visit Villains Grove to experience the walk through Redwood Creek Challenge Trail at your own pace. My daughter and I headed over to Villains Grove after the second showing of the Frightfully Fun Parade for the perfect timing!
Wishing you a spook-tacular night, Diana!
