    Hi I want to attend MNSSH but also go to the Park when it opens in the morning. Do I have to buy the regular park ticket AND the special event ticket? Thanks, Amanda

    Hi Amanda!

    Disneyland is a great place to be in the fall when the wonderful Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is taking place. It is an evening of fun filled with lots of treats and special surprises and the best part is the shorter lines for the attractions.

    This party is a special event party so separate tickets are required for all guests attending. With the event ticket you are allowed in three hours early before the party giving you extra time to enjoy the park. Day guests who have the day ticket will be asked to leave the park by 7pm. If you are planning on spending the entire day at Disneyland then you will have to have a ticket from the morning and afternoon time and then purchase the separate ticket for the special event party for the evening.

    With the benefit of having the three extra hours when you purchase the party ticket some guests find its best just to do the event and not spend the whole day and have to buy that ticket as well. Then they choose another day when they can go to the park for the entire day and night on a regular ticket.

    It is a tough decision especially if you only have so much time for a visit.
