If I attend the dessert party at Tommorowland Terrace on a night of Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, will I be missing the parade? What special events or features of the MVMCP will I miss by attending the dessert party? I hate to overlap the two.

    Hi Gayla,

We've had several guests ask about combining Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party and the Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks Dessert Party. The dessert party begins approximately one hour prior to Wishes Nighttime Spectacular (or Holiday Wishes: Celebrate the Spirit of the Season) and ends approximately 30 minutes after the fireworks end. That is a lot of time spent away from the MVMCP festivities, especially when you're paying to attend the Christmas party.

You will miss having a good view of MMickey's Once Upon A Christmastime Parade, but it's much more than that! The Christmas party is a great opportunity to see your  favorite characters in their holiday finest and enjoy the holiday magic felt all over Magic Kingdom Park. And don't forget: you'll be able to snack on cookies and hot cocoa all night long!  If possible, I would definitely choose to do the Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks Dessert Party on a non-party evening. That way you can get the most out of both experiences.

    Have a very merry day,
    Ashley
