Hi Emily,
Thanks for visiting Disney Parks Moms Panel, and hello to a fellow NJ Disney fan!
You're in for a super spooky time haunting around Magic Kingdom at
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party with all the treats, entertainment, special character experiences, and — of course —
Mickey's "Boo-to-You" Halloween Parade and
Happy HalloWishes Fireworks. There are two options for the Happy Hallowishes Dessert Party, each with different viewing locations:
Happy Hallowishes Dessert Party with Plaza Garden Viewing and
Hallowishes Fireworks Dessert Party at Tomorrowland Terrace. I think both options will offer a great view of the spooktacular fireworks. The "Boo-to-You" Halloween Parade is open seating and you'll most likely want to grab a great spot along Main Street U.S.A. for an up-close view. Last year the parade times were scheduled for 9:15 p.m. and 11:15 p.m. with the fireworks scheduled for 10:15 p.m. Typically, the first parade has more Guests watching along the parade route than the second parade. My best suggestion for making the most of the night is to conjure a plan to take in what you'll most enjoy and focus on making that happen for you. Do you want to focus on the characters, the parade, the fireworks, the attractions, the treats, the entertainment? You're in for a ghostly great time.
Enjoy your Disney!
Jerry
