attempting to reserve the Disneyland hotel and it keeps giving me a error message

Hey there, Hi there, Ho there, Dianne!

Thanks for stopping by and visiting us at planDisney today, welcome! I’m so excited to hEAR that you are planning on visiting the Disneyland Resort next month!

Let’s see if I can help you with this error message you are receiving when booking. First, let’s run through a few Mousekeeping tricks, like checking the browser you are using, and making sure that you are signed in to your Disney account. You might also want to reach out for Technical Help if nothing seems to be working for you.

Since you are looking to book a resort stay, it might just be easier to give the Hotel Reservations line a call to complete your booking. Especially since your trip is quickly approaching! Don’t forget to check the theme park reservation availability. As a resort Guest, you have access to a different calendar, but don’t wait too long when it comes to purchasing your tickets and scheduling your reservations.

Dianne, I hope this helps finalize your plans! Have a great visit and please be sure to let us know if there’s anything else we can help with.

    See ya real soon!
