How excited you must be for your upcoming visit to
Disneyland Resort, and anxious to begin your
Theme Park Reservations, I completely understand. Let’s see if we can resolve this together.
Tiffany, you did the right thing by purchasing your
Disneyland Resort theme park tickets in advance of your arrival, and I would like you to log into your
Disneyland account to see if perhaps the theme park tickets are linked, you can also try this with your
Disneyland Mobile App. Hopefully, the theme park tickets will be there for you to proceed with your planning.
When Guests purchase theme park tickets online, they receive the option to either receive a Disney eTicket or a physical ticket. Disney eTickets are delivered in the Adobe PDF digital format, which can be seen and then printed from computers and mobile devices. If you plan on using your mobile device during your visit to Disneyland Resort then simply pull up the Disney eTicket barcode at the Main Entrance for admission, or you can print out your paper ticket.

Contact Disneyland Resort “Tickets” for assistance and resolution so you can proceed with your Theme Park Reservations and any other reservations you wish to make during your visit.
Pro Tip - Take a look at the
Disney Genie+ Service which will save you time waiting in lines for Lightning Lane attractions, and you will receive unlimited digital downloads of
Disney’s PhotoPass® Service attraction photos and “Magic Shots” from your day. You can add Disney Genie+ when you arrive at Disneyland Resort using the
Disneyland Mobile App.
