    I am attempting to purchase park tickets and getting an error at the time of checkout. I can not proceed with my purchase. What can I do to be able to purchase them.

    How excited you must be planning your visit to Disneyland Resort! I can just imagine your anticipation of completing your theme park ticket purchase to begin your planning, and I apologize for the inconvenience of the error message. Rest assured, I will do my best to assist you.

    Andres, I would like you to try a few things to try to resolve this issue:

    1. Please make sure all credit card information, including your billing address, is accurate when entering the information in the fields, including the 3-digit security code, and dates of expiry.
    2. If the first step is not successful, please try to log out and log in, or uninstall the Disneyland Mobile App and reinstall it.
    3. If you are unsuccessful then I recommend contacting Disneyland Resort “Tickets” for assistance from a knowledgeable Cast Member.

    Once this is resolved, Andres, I recommend you make your Theme Park Reservations using your theme park admission online or on the Disneyland Mobile App, which is a handy tool for using the complimentary Disney Genie Service for custom tip boards for wait times for your favorite attractions, personalized itineraries, and suggestions from your preferred experiences, and best of all, you will have the ability to enjoy contactless dining via Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering, making dining reservations, checking in to dining venues and more!

    Pro Tip - Andres, save time waiting in lines with the Disney Genie+ service, which includes Disney's PhotoPass® Service - simply link attraction photos and those captured by Disney PhotoPass Photographers and you will receive unlimited downloads for the day. Check your theme park map or the Disneyland Mobile App for Disney PhotoPass Photographer locations.
