    I am attempting to change the date for my tickets but do not see the option “my ticket” on the app as it is described in a previous Q & A I read. Please send me instructions on how to complete this on the app on my end. Thank you.

    Hi Tiffany! Welcome to planDisney!

    It looks like you are visiting the Walt Disney World Resort tomorrow! Yay! I know you are thrilled to visit the Most Magical Place on Earth in just a matter of hours. I’ll admit that I am very jealous!

    I’ve been able to change and upgrade ticket options on the My Disney Experience mobile app a few times and am happy to help point you in the right direction. From the app’s main page, touch the three lines in the bottom right corner. On the next page, you will see “Tickets and Passes.” Selecting that will take you to your Walt Disney World theme park tickets that are currently linked to your My Disney Experience account. You should see the option to “Change Tickets.”

    If you are still having trouble accessing your tickets or changing them, you will need to contact Disney directly and speak with a Cast Member at (407) 566-4985. Hopefully, they can get your ticket dates all straightened out so you are ready to enjoy your day!
