MagicBand+ on Friends; Main Street; pairing

    I attempted to purchase magic bands for our trip, but the page was blank when it navigated me to the magic band customization page. How can I order these?

    Hiya, Erica! I'm glad you came to planDisney with your question. It's always fun to meet new people, although I wish you weren't having issues getting your MagicBand+ ordered. 

    MagicBands are my favorite accessory! I love coordinating them with my outfits and my mood. Some days, I am all about the characters and love Mickey, Donald and Chip 'n' Dale on my wrist. Other days, the line where the sky meets the sea calls me, and my Disney Treasure MagicBand+ is perfect! They are stylish, and when I put one on my wrist, I know magic is about to happen!

    Stitch may have been causing issues with the system for you. Our favorite Experiment 626 is adorable, but sometimes his playful spirit creates disruptions. To help with your question, I attempted to order a MagicBand+ and made it all the way to "Complete Purchase." I am so close to hitting "Purchase." I had not seen the Alice and Wonderland band until now. The line between "want" and "need" is sometimes razor-thin. 

    I think you should try again. Go to "My MagicBands and Cards" and select "Get Started." After selecting your band, you should see a screen to personalize it, allowing you to add your name to the inside of the band. When you click "Complete," you should get a pop-up with Tigger and "Proceed to Checkout." The screen that follows is where you add the shipping address and payment information, agree to the terms and conditions, and hit "Purchase" – the button that is tempting me now. The White Rabbit will be in my dreams, telling me to get it before it's too late! 

    If you continue to experience challenges with blank screens, you can try a few computer troubleshooting tricks, such as using a different web browser or clearing your browser's history. You can also call App and MagicBand Support and ask Cast Members for assistance.
